The process

Notary Public

It is one of the first steps in attesting a document. Though not a compulsory one, the Notary seal authenticates and complements the originality of the documents.

Ministry of Human Resources / Home Department

This is a supporting seal to be attested from Ministry of Human Resources at Delhi. Currently the same is required to be done from the Home departments in the respective states of origin of documents.

UAE Embassy / Consulate Delhi/ Mumbai
This is the most required seal of authentication in the process of Document attestation. It consists of seal and stamp from the UAE Embassy / consulate at Delhi / Mumbai

Ministry of External Affairs (MEA)
Delhi- This is also an additional seal required from the Ministry.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MOFA) – UAE
This is the last step in attestation of documents, and is most required to process the document for the next procedure-application of visas
